Noah

on Haight Street
Sunday morning

"I'm one of the few people in this city that isn't a transplant. I've spent the majority of my youth here. After turning into an adult I've moved around. Places I've lived include Hawaii, New York and Albuquerque to name a few. No matter where I've lived no place has ever had the same feel as San Francisco. It's one of the most unique places on the planet. And you've just got to love it."

The rest of Noah's photo shoot is here.

I am falling more and more in love with SF Julie.

Noah - your "average man" I love it. I feel from the pics that he doesn't try to be anyone else.

More photo love ;)

I've just been comparing this shot on Haight to the shot of la belle fille on Haight and am really intrigued by the differences. I'm probably reading too much into it because of what Noah wrote here but it seems like he blends in with the wall art here (in a good way - like a natural part of the city) whereas the art in the other photo is more of a background. Both ways work - just showing different ways to approach the same type of thing. I like it.

Another great set of photos!

I really like the composition of this picture. His cross-armed pose mimics the boxy shapes above him, all in a row.
